Cake Food Display Fridges Heated Ambient Cases

Display cases sell food that customers cannot otherwise see. This section covers all three temperature classes: refrigerated cake and patisserie cabinets, heated cases for hot food, and ambient cases for product that needs presentation rather than temperature control.

Refrigerated cake cabinets run humidity-controlled so icing and cream do not sweat or crack. Deli and seafood cases run colder and wetter. Heated cases hold cooked product at safe serving temperature. Matching the case to the product matters more than the badge on it — a cake in a deli case will not last the day.

Brands here include Bromic, Bonvue, Williams and Tecfrigo. Typical units are the Bromic FD4T1800C-NR four-tier cake display at 1800mm and the Bonvue AMS-21 refrigerated deli, meat and seafood case.
