Returns & Refunds 

If any goods arrive faulty or defective, we will replace, repar, refund, or exchange them.

Please ensure you are purchasing the correct equipment for your needs. If you are unsure, contact our customer service team on 0488 019 097 before placing your order.

If you accidentally order the wrong item, the following conditions apply:

Returned goods must be unused, in as-new condition, and include all original packaging and instruction manuals.

Returns must be made within 5 working days at your own expense.

A 25% restocking fee (minimum $250) will apply.

You must arrange insurance with your chosen carrier or postal service to cover the item’s full value in case of damage or loss during transit.

Any missing packaging, manuals, or components will be charged at cost.

Refunds or credits will be issued within 30 days, provided the above conditions are met.

For health and safety reasons, certain items (such as wine glasses and corks) must be returned in suitable postal packaging.

All refunds will be processed back to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
