Commercial fridges do the quiet, constant work in a professional kitchen: holding stock at a safe temperature through service, through a heatwave, and through a door that gets opened a few hundred times a day. That is a different job from a domestic fridge, and it is why these cabinets use heavier insulation, stronger door seals and refrigeration sized for continuous duty.

We stock the range across every format a working kitchen needs — upright storage fridges for back-of-house, glass-door display units for front-of-house merchandising, and under-bench and back-bar cabinets where floor space is the constraint. Brands include Williams, Skope, Bromic, Thermaster, Liebherr, Turbo Air and Panasonic, from single-door units up to multi-door banks.

If you are fitting out a bar, the Williams BC1SS bottle cooler and the Skope CL.4.GSL four-door CounterLine are the two we are asked for most. For bakery and patisserie work, the Williams RC2TSS Crystal bakery refrigerator is built around standard tray sizes.
