Under-counter refrigeration puts chilled and frozen product at bench height, where the work happens. In a bar or a kitchen line that saves a walk on every order, which across a service is the difference between keeping up and falling behind.

The range splits three ways. Under bar bench fridges cover chilled storage, display and chef base drawers. Under bar counter storage freezers cover frozen duty in the same formats.

Two specifications decide whether a cabinet suits your installation, whatever the door count. Front-breathing units can be built into a continuous counter with no rear gap. Remote units move the compressor and its heat out of the room entirely.

Measure the counter opening including the plinth and the door swing before ordering — under-counter cabinets are built to fixed height classes with little tolerance.
