Dual Temperature Fridge Freezer: Cabinets

A dual temperature cabinet runs part of its interior as a fridge and part as a freezer, in one body, on one footprint.

It suits a site that needs both but has room for one — a small kitchen, a café adding frozen stock, a bar carrying ice and chilled product. The alternative is two cabinets and the floor space for them.

The compromise to understand is flexibility. Split-door cabinets divide capacity at a fixed ratio; convertible cabinets let a compartment change duty, which is the better buy if your needs shift seasonally.
