Stainless Steel and Storage

Stainless steel is the fabric of a commercial kitchen: benches, sinks, shelving, cabinets and trolleys that have to take daily cleaning with harsh chemicals and still be flat and sound in ten years. Grade and gauge are what separate the two.

This section brings together the fabricated range — work benches, sink benches, cabinets, wall and coolroom shelving, overshelves, trolleys and racking. Modular Systems, Fagor and FED-X are the main suppliers, in 600mm and 700mm depths to suit standard kitchen runs.

Where waste handling has to sit in the wash-up line, the DSC-2400R-H kitchen tidy cabinet with double right sinks combines both, with a left-hand version and a shorter 2100mm run for tighter rooms.

These are welded units. Measure the space, and check door and corridor clearances for delivery.
