Extraction is usually the part of a fit-out that decides what else is possible. The canopy has to match the appliance load beneath it, and whether you can duct to outside air often dictates where the cooking line can physically go.
Stocked here are ducted canopies and ductless exhaust hood systems with built-in filtration, in widths from 1500mm up, in 750mm and 850mm depths. Ductless units recirculate through filters instead of venting outside, which makes them the practical answer in tenancies where penetrating the roof is not an option. The DH1800 ductless exhaust hood at 1800 x 750mm suits a standard cooking run, with a deeper 850mm version and a 1500mm width for shorter lines.
