The Simco Hood SHA2900 is a stainless steel exhaust canopy, built for the higher heat and smoke loads of Asian-style wok and burner cooking, 2900 mm wide by 1150 mm deep. It captures heat, steam and cooking fumes above the cook line as part of a commercial kitchen ventilation system.
