A wine cabinet is not a cold fridge. Wine is held around 12°C with stable humidity and minimal vibration — conditions that keep corks sealed and stop labels lifting, neither of which a drinks fridge is built to do.

Dual zone is the decision most venues get wrong. One zone holds a single serving temperature; two zones let you hold reds and whites correctly in the same cabinet. If you pour both, dual zone is worth the difference.
