A bain marie trolley turns a counter-top unit into a mobile servery: the same hot holding, on castors, so it can be wheeled to a function room, a buffet line or a different service point and wheeled back.

That flexibility is what venues with occasional catering actually need. A fixed servery sits idle between functions; a trolley-mounted bain marie earns its place on the counter in between.

Trolleys are matched to a specific bain marie model — a BMT14 suits the BM14 units and will not carry a wider one. Order against the bain marie you have or are buying.
