A single burner is a spot heat source: a sauce station, a stock pot, a wok position, or an extra ring alongside an existing line where the main cooktop is fully committed.

Dual ring burners are the type stocked here. An inner and outer ring let you run a gentle simmer or a full hard boil from the same burner, which is what makes a single-burner unit genuinely useful rather than a compromise.

Models with a built-in faucet are designed for noodle and stock work, where the pot is topped up constantly and walking to a tap is the slowest part of the job.
