8 Burner Cooktops

Eight burners is production cooking: a hotel kitchen, a function venue, an institutional kitchen, or a restaurant where the stove is the constraint on how many covers can go out.

At this width the unit is effectively two six-burner sections on one chassis — one gas connection, one canopy run, and a continuous worktop rather than a join in the middle of the line.

Natural gas and LPG versions are both stocked, in flat-top and open-burner configurations. Cook Rite supplies the range.

Eight open burners carry a very substantial heat load. The gas supply size, the canopy rating and the make-up air all need confirming by your fitter before ordering — this is not a unit to specify on dimensions alone.
