An electric oven range gives burners and an oven in one unit, on a single electrical supply — no gas connection, no gas fitter, and no combustion products to extract.

That last point matters in sites where gas is unavailable or not permitted: shopping centre tenancies, some strata buildings, and fit-outs where running a new gas line would cost more than the equipment.

Electric elements hold a steadier low heat than a flame and are simpler to clean, at the cost of the instant response gas gives.

Four and six-burner versions are stocked, in Kore 700 depth for restaurants and Kore 900 for production kitchens. Fagor supplies the range.
