Stick Blender

Showing 1–12 of 12

A commercial stick blender purées in the pot, which is the whole advantage: no transferring hot soup or stock to a jug blender and back, and no burns doing it.

Tube length is the specification that matters, and it is set by the vessel. A 250mm tube suits a stockpot; a 650mm tube reaches into a large kettle or bratt pan. Too short and the motor ends up in the product, which ends the blender.

The litre figure quoted against each model is the largest batch it is rated to handle — respect it, because these motors are worked hard and overloading is what kills them.

Dito Sama supplies the range. See the BM545 with 45cm tube, rated to 150L and the MS250 with a 25cm stainless tube.

Match the tube to your largest pot, not your average one.
