Inlet Benches

An inlet bench is the dirty side of a dishwash line. Plates are scraped and racked here before they go into a pass-through machine, which is why these benches come with sinks built in.

Left and right versions set the direction of travel through the machine, and that is decided by your room rather than by preference. Get it wrong and staff work against the flow at every load — or you buy the benches again.

Work out which way your racks move, then order the inlet bench for the feeding side and a clean dish table for the outlet side.
