Rear Loading Pass Through

A rear-loading cabinet is restocked from the back, so staff never reach through the customer-facing side.

In a service station, convenience store or café that changes how the fixture works. Stock rotates properly because the oldest product is pushed forward by the new, the shopfront face is never disturbed mid-trade, and staff restock from a back-of-house corridor rather than across the shop floor.

Pass-through versions go further, with doors on both sides so the cabinet sits in a wall between two spaces — kitchen to servery, or store room to shop.

A pass-through cabinet has to be built into the wall. Confirm the opening and the framing before ordering — this is a construction decision as much as an equipment one.
