Mortuary refrigeration for funeral homes, hospitals and coronial facilities — refrigerators for holding, and freezers where longer-term storage is required.

Capacity is specified by body count, and the number in a model reference is that count. Bariatric units are built with the wider tray width and the additional load capacity that standard cabinets do not have; they are specified separately for that reason rather than as an option.

Tray systems, access height and the loading arrangement matter as much as the refrigeration itself, because they determine whether the unit can be worked safely by one person.
