Paper deli containers for soups, sauces, dips, salads and hot takeaway — the round tub that has largely replaced the plastic container on Australian counters.

Sizes run from 8oz through 32oz. The practical advantage of the paper range is that lids are shared across sizes: one 96mm lid fits the 8, 12 and 16oz containers, and one 115mm lid fits the 20, 26 and 32oz. That means two lid lines in the store room instead of six.

Check the rim size rather than the volume when ordering lids — the volume alone will not tell you which one fits.
