Compartment containers and lunch trays keep the components of a meal apart — the difference between a meal that arrives as it left and one that arrives mixed together.

Sugarcane bagasse holds hot, wet and oily food without softening, and goes to compost rather than landfill.

Compartment count is the decision. Three and four-compartment containers suit a main with sides; five and six-compartment trays suit school, aged care and hospital catering, where a full meal is served on one tray.

Lids are sold separately and are matched to a specific tray — a lid for a 5-compartment tray will not fit a 6. Order them as a pair.
