Sauce and portion cups in sugarcane bagasse, with PET lids — for aioli, dressings, dipping sauces and anything portioned out beside a main.

Size maps to use. 1oz and 2oz suit a dipping sauce beside a burger or chips; 4oz portion cups suit a dressing on the side, a yoghurt portion, or a condiment for a delivery order.

Lids are matched to the cup rim rather than the volume. A lid turns a portion cup into something that survives a delivery bag; without one, sauce ends up on everything else in the order.
