PakMax Disposal Sugarcane Sushi Tray & Lids

Sugarcane sushi trays with clear PET lids — the standard presentation for sushi, poke and cold platters in a grab-and-go cabinet.

The combination works because each half does a different job. The bagasse base is rigid, compostable and holds cold wet product without softening; the clear lid lets the customer see the food, which is most of the reason sushi sells from a cabinet at all.

Sizes are quoted in inches, so they compare directly with the tray you already use. Trays and lids are matched by reference, not by size class — an ST-15 lid fits the ST-15 tray only.
