The Fagor Gas 700 Kore Series chargrill is a floor-standing commercial gas barbecue for high-volume grill work in Australian pubs, steakhouses and restaurants. Deep-drawn surface tops are manufactured in 1.5 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel with laser-cut joints, automatic welding and polishing, and hidden screws.

 

The B-G7051LPG is the 400 mm half-module chargrill with a 344 × 515 mm grill area. It measures 400 × 730 × 850 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 52 kg.

 

Key Features

• Reversible cast iron grills – Cast iron grills that can be removed without tools, in 170 mm-wide sections. The iron grills are reversible with two different finishes on each side: tilted and grooved with ridges for meat, horizontal and flat for fish and vegetables.
• Sear fast, stays juicy – These grills reach a very high temperature (+400°C), meaning that the surface of the product is quickly sealed and the inside remains much juicier.
• High-efficiency burners – High-efficiency tubular burners, with independent control for each group of burners through a safety valve with a thermocouple.
• Electric ignition – Floor model burner turn-on using electric multi-spark ignition, with access tube for manual ignition.
• Grease management – Fitted with an opening to collect cooking grease, with tray.
• Splash guards – Machines are fitted with removable 130 mm high stainless steel guards to prevent splashes.
