Fagor Kore 900 Series 400mm Induction Wok - W-I905
The Fagor Electric 900 Kore Series induction range uses a 6 mm glass ceramic top hermetically sealed into a 2 mm AISI-304 stainless steel surface, with laser-cut joints that are automatically welded and polished. It sits on the 930 mm deep Kore 900 chassis.
The W-I905 is the 400 mm single-zone induction wok module at 5.5 kW. It measures 400 × 930 × 290 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 40 kg.

- 5 kW zones, rapid heat – Ø 280 mm cooking zones, each with 5 kW power, rapidly heated and ideal for à la carte service.
- 10-level regulator – 10-level energy regulator provides precise control for delicate cooking or fast high-power service.
- Heats only the pan – Energy is supplied only where the pan rests, keeping the remaining glass ceramic surface cool. Pan detection ensures heating only operates when cookware is present and stops when removed.
- Lower energy use – Reduces energy consumption by around 50% compared with gas burners. Concentrated heat reduces irradiation and heat loss, improving comfort.
- Safety and service – Overheating protection with error diagnosis via flashing lights. High-temperature enamelled cast iron flue protector. Front access for component servicing.
