- Designed for commercial kitchen environments with high ambient temperatures
- Robust stainless‑steel interior and exterior with a heavy‑duty stainless top
- Equipped with European‑sourced compressor and EBM fan motor; Embraco compressor for reliable performance
- Operates at up to 43 °C ambient temperature
- Uses environmentally friendly R‑134a refrigerant (ODP 0)
- Temperature range: –2 °C to 8 °C
- High‑efficiency CH10 insulation foam for consistent cooling
- Static cooling system with Carel Italian digital controls
- Self‑evaporating drainage and manual defrost (regular defrosting recommended for optimal temperature stability)
- Compressor and condenser positioned at the bottom, allowing the motor to breathe and enabling wall‑mounted installation
- Fits Australian GN pans: 6 × 1/3 and 3 × 1/6 GN pans, 100 mm deep
