The SIMCO ESL3853 is a robust, high‑performance saladette designed for demanding hospitality environments. Constructed from premium stainless‑steel inside and out, it delivers reliable commercial refrigeration for bars, cafés and catering operations.
- Ideal for hot workspaces – maintains consistent temperatures even in high ambient conditions
- Heavy‑duty marble prep surface (ESL3852) or stainless‑steel top prep area (ESL3853) for versatile food preparation
- European‑spec compressor and EBM fan motor equipped with an Aspera compressor for efficient cooling
- Operates at ambient temperatures up to 43 °C
- Uses environmentally‑friendly R134a refrigerant with CH10 foam insulation (ODP 0)
- Static cooling system with Carel/Dixell Italian digital controls for precise temperature management
- Self‑evaporating drain and manual defrost cycle – regular defrosting recommended for optimal performance
- Bottom‑mounted compressor and condenser allow the motor to breathe and enable placement against a wall
- Fits Australian GN pans: holds 7 × 1/6 and 1 × 1/9 GN pans (100 mm deep) – GN pans and lids sold separately
- Three self‑closing doors with white epoxy shelves and stainless‑steel rails
