Chinese Asian Cooking Equipment

Asian cooking equipment is built around heat that Western ranges do not produce. A wok burner delivers a concentrated, very high-output flame so a pan reaches searing temperature fast and recovers instantly — which is what makes genuine wok hei possible.

The range covers gas wok ranges in single, double and triple configurations, induction woks, waterless and water-cooled tops, noodle cookers and steamer cabinets. Brands include Goldstein, IWOK, Gasmax and Frymax.

For gas, the Goldstein Asian cooking ranges are the reference — see the CWA3 three-burner wok range and the CWA3B2 configuration. Where gas or extraction is restricted, the IWOK-2 commercial induction double wok gives comparable control electrically.

Wok burners have very high gas loads. Confirm your supply and canopy rating before ordering.

Commercial Fridge Sales supplies commercial kitchen equipment to Australian venues. Talk to us before you order rather than after.
