Vegetable Prep Machine

A vegetable prep machine replaces the slowest job in the kitchen. Slicing, shredding, grating and dicing that take an hour by hand take minutes, and every cut is identical — which matters for cooking evenly as much as for presentation.

Two machine types sit here. A cutter-mixer works in a bowl, for purées, fillings and emulsions. A vegetable slicer feeds through a hopper onto a disc, for continuous bulk prep. Combination machines do both, which is usually the right buy for a kitchen that does neither job constantly.
