The YASAKI HLVC300-AL is a heavy-duty continuous-feed vegetable cutter rated at 300 kg/h, built for Australian commercial kitchens, pubs, clubs and caterers that prep in volume. One machine handles precision slicing, grating, shredding, chipping, dicing and julienne at 270 RPM.

 

Five 205 mm discs come with every machine — HLVC300-H3, -H4, -H7, -P2 and -P4 — so it is ready to work out of the box. It runs from a standard 240V 10 A power point.

Choosing your discs: add julienne (HLVC300-HU range), extra slicing (HLVC300-E range and H-14), French fries (HLVC300-T range) and dicing (HLVC300-D range) discs; the fries and dicing grids work with the HLVC300-H8 or HLVC300-H10 slicing base disc.
