Outlet Benches

An outlet bench is the clean side of a dishwash line: clean racks come out of the machine onto it, and glassware and crockery air-dry there before being put away.
It is a plain surface rather than a sink bench, sloped to drain back toward the machine so water does not pool under stacked racks. That slope is the specification difference from a standard workbench, and it matters — a flat bench leaves water sitting under clean crockery.
Left and right versions set which side of the machine the bench sits, determined by the direction racks travel through your line.
See the dishwasher benches range for current stock, and the inlet benches for the dirty side.
