Overshelves

An overshelf lifts plates, garnish and service items off the bench and into the space above it, which is usually the only unused space left in a working kitchen. Over a pass, a heated gantry does the same job while holding plated food at temperature.

The range covers plain stainless overshelves and wall shelves, and heated gantries with overhead lamps for the pass. Lamp count is specified by the length of the pass you need to cover. Benchstar and Modular Systems supply.

Heated options include the Benchstar FW15L-183 food warmer with 15 lamps for a long pass, plus 12-lamp and 10-lamp versions.
