Commercial Conveyor Dishwashers

A rack conveyor dishwasher runs continuously. Racks are fed in one end and come out clean at the other, so there is no cycle to wait for and no door to open — which is why hotels, hospitals, clubs and institutional kitchens use them.

Capacity is quoted in racks per hour, and that is the figure to size against your peak rather than your average. A machine that keeps up at 7pm is the one you need.

Side of entrance is a real specification. Left and right versions determine which way racks travel through the machine, and that is set by your room, not by preference.
