Single Door Storage Freezers

A single door upright freezer is the standard back-of-house frozen store: one insulated door, gastronorm-compatible shelving, and enough capacity for a small to mid-size kitchen's frozen holding.

Solid door rather than glass is the right call here — better insulation, lower running cost, and nothing in a store room needs merchandising.

Bakery-format cabinets take the deeper trays used for pastry and dough; standard gastronorm cabinets take the same trays as the rest of your kitchen. Roll-in versions accept a loaded trolley straight off the production bench. Williams and Skope supply the range.
