Back bar fridges with glass doors serve two purposes behind a bar: cold stock within reach of the pour, and a visible drinks range that does its own merchandising.
Sliding doors are the usual choice in this position. They do not swing into a narrow bar walkway, which matters more here than in almost any other part of a venue.
Height class is the other decision. SlimLine cabinets tuck under a low bar; CounterLine units sit at working counter height. Glass chillers do a different job again, holding glassware at temperature for the pour. Skope supplies most of the range.

Measure the bar opening height as well as the width — back bar cabinets are built to specific height classes and the difference between them is small but decisive.
