- Construction: Full stainless‑steel front, sides and 304 stainless‑steel tank for durability and hygiene.
- Water capacity: 34 L, with a front‑positioned inlet and a water‑purifying overflow system that removes excess starch.
- Thermostat range: 93 °C – 204 °C, with a prompt‑response millivolt control valve for rapid temperature recovery.
