The Fagor Kore 900 series is the heavy modular cooking line — 900mm deep, built for production kitchens running continuous service, with the burner outputs and vessel capacities to match.

Depth is the difference from the 700 series: more usable worktop, larger pans and bratt vessels, and heavier construction throughout. Units line up on a common height and fascia so a run can be built and later extended.

Bratt pans anchor most 900 builds — the Kore 900 electric 120L bratt pan and the 90L version cover most batch cooking.
