Delicatessen Butcher Displays 1100 mm Deep

At 1100mm deep, a serve-over counter holds substantially more product than a standard 900mm case — the depth a full-service butcher or delicatessen needs to display a whole range without doubling the counter length.

Depth costs floor space at the front of the shop, so it is a decision about layout as much as capacity. Where the counter is the shop, the extra depth pays; in a narrow tenancy it may not.

Straight, corner and island modules let a run be built to the shape of the space. Remote and self-contained versions are both available — remote keeps compressor heat and noise out of the serving area.
