The Benchstar Countertop Electric Fryer is a compact stainless steel benchtop fryer for cafés, takeaways, food trucks and small commercial kitchens that need fried menu items without a floor-standing fryer.
The EF-82E has two 5.5 L tanks with separate controls, and runs on two standard 240V 10 A plugs.
