The Benchstar Countertop Electric Fryer is a compact stainless steel benchtop fryer for cafés, takeaways, food trucks and small commercial kitchens that need fried menu items without a floor-standing fryer.
The EF-81E has a single 5.5 L tank and runs on a standard 240V 10 A plug.
